Wine
  • Pinot Noir   ( 1 Article )

A variety of both Burgundian and Californian clones are grown to create the perfect blend. As a result of aggressive bunch thinning, the fruit is superior.  The vines are hand nurtured with all fruit handpicked to maintain the quality Crighton Estate expects.  A mix of old and new French oak barrels are utilised during the fermentation process. Vintage 2009 in French oak, 2008 recently bottled and 2007 released.

  • Sauvignon Blanc   ( 1 Article )

This is a single vineyard wine with all the Sauvignon Blanc fruit grown on the home block, at Crighton Estate.  Machine harvested by night to maintain a cool temperature prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The 2009 vintage has recently been bottled with outstanding results. Once again Crighton Estate has produced a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
